The other half of the Countries that make me of the Caribbean.
A place where I feel Me!, wanted, accepted, where my skin is deemed beautiful in all of its dark, heavily Mellanated and so normally rejected complexity.
A place where practically all women look like Me & not just in their colouring, in their physic and even the contours of their faces.
In Antigua Me’s are normaility.
Men walk free and regally, and tell me that my dark skin, my black skin, is their definition of beauty.
In Antigua I turn heads wherever ground meets my calloused feet.
In Antigua, I feel, connect with , and outwardly radiate my true Me!
In Antigua I am comfortable, I feel Me!
In Antigua I feel visible, I am seen!
